Delivery terms
All deliveries are made by third party courier companies; when stock is available it will be sent on a 48 hour courier service but there is no guarantee the courier will always achieve this.
Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Shipping and Delivery
For all international orders , we will use express ( Like UPS , DHL , Fedex, amamex ,TNT ) to arrange the items , but if the customers arrange the items need to by mail post , then we will not be liable for a lost or missing items in transit .If you are afraid of your items are missing in transit, then you must buy the insurance for your buying items .
Returns policy
Items should be returned within 30 days of their delivery date, unused and with all items tags still attached. Our all packaging is considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is also to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.p>
It is the customers responsibility to return all unsatisfied goods. All New Shine returns are dealt with using your express account to send them back and please follow the instructions to arrange pick up. You are under a duty to take reasonable care .
Please note we do not offer free returns outside of Taiwan .
Faulty goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Refunds will be credited to the purchaser's original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations is currency rates the amounted refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid.
On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 30 working days. Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.
