All the tanks, pipelines, and valve are manufactured by SUS 304, the brew kettle can be heated by steam or electricity, both the tanks are insulated on 100mm; There are frequency agitators inside of the two tanks, rotary spray ball, 360-degree glass manhole, sight glass; the motor, frequency transformer was installed by world-famous brand; Simply pipelines designed and equipped with SUS 304 plate heat exchanger; the whole the system can be separately controlled by a panel. US standard Brew house

According to the American brewing technology, We designed the USA standard brew house system, the three vessels are : Mash/Lauter+Boiling/Whirlpool+Hot water tank.

EU standard Brew House

The EU standard brew house can be designed to two types, they are: Mash+Lauter+Boiling/whirlpool or Mash/Lauter+Kettle+Hot water tank. All the fermentation tanks and bright beer tanks are manufactured by SUS 304, the surface can be polished or original 2B plate. The thickness are designed according to the pressure and volume of the tanks, even the shell jacket are 2mm.

Specification : Dome top/cylinder or horizontal design/one or two coolant sections/Adjustable legs/

Connections:Carbonation stone/inlet and outlet of coolant/PT100 temperature sensor/beer outlet/dry hops manhole/sample valve/side manhole.
