Technical Strength

The factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters, with three workshops of S/S vessels processing, Welding&Assembly, and commissioning. Equipped with the advanced CNC machine, Argon gas welding machine, stainless steel bending machine, pressure vessel detector, etc., Approved by CE, TUV, and ISO certifications.  Traditional Two Vessels

Accomplished the brewing system into two vessels is the very traditional system, the system can be designed to Mash/Boiling/Whirlpool+Lauter, space required is less and the investment is small.

All the tanks, pipelines, and valve are manufactured by SUS 304, the brew kettle can be heated by steam or electricity, both the tanks are insulated on 100mm; There are frequency agitators inside of the two tanks, rotary spray ball, 360-degree glass manhole, sight glass; the motor, frequency transformer was installed by world-famous brand; Simply pipelines designed and equipped with SUS 304 plate heat exchanger; the whole the system can be separately controlled by a panel. US standard Brew house

According to the American brewing technology, We designed the USA standard brew house system, the three vessels are : Mash/Lauter+Boiling/Whirlpool+Hot water tank.

All the tanks, pipelines, and valve are manufactured by SUS 304, the brew kettle can be heated by steam or electricity, both the tanks are insulated on 100mm; There are frequency agitators inside of the two tanks, rotary spray ball, 360 degree glass manhole,sight glass; the motor, frequency transformer were installed by world famous brand; According to the USA craft beer brewing technology, we also designed a hopfilter to brew the IPA ； wort buffer tank, Simply pipelines designed and equipped with SUS 304 plate heat exchanger; the whole system can be separately controlled by a panel. EU standard Brew House

The EU standard brew house can be designed to two types, they are: Mash+Lauter+Boiling/whirlpool or Mash/Lauter+Kettle+Hot water tank. The whole system is Luxurious looks, has to be the best choice for the European craft brewery. Germany Standard Brew House

Germany is famous at the beer and the beer equipment, the brewing technology is also unique, Cassman’s Germany standard brew house is two vessels, one vessels is the steam heated mash and boiling, another is the combined Lauter and Whirlpool tank at the bottom. The biggest advantage is the the system can accomplish the naturally Lauter.

All the fermentation tanks and bright beer tanks are manufactured by SUS 304, the surface can be polished or original 2B plate. The thickness are designed according to the pressure and volume of the tanks, even the shell jacket are 2mm.
